Day 14 - Staying on Track!

Brunch: protein pancakes with berries
Snack: apple protein snack, Caribou white peach berry smoothie, Life choice energy bar, 2 slices zucchini bread 
Dinner: Grilled garlic marinated chicken & chicken rice

Today I got to sleep in. It was sooo nice!! I slept in a little later than I expected (10:30). But it felt great!! So I ended up having more of a brunch than a breakfast @ about 11:30. Then I went with my sister in laws & nieces shopping!! I love shopping! :) I decided to put my tips on staying focused on the weekends to good use-- I packed an energy bar rather than having to grab food at the mall. However, I couldn't resist the delicious smoothie at Caribou! YUM!! --I'm no coffee drinker. I knew it was going to be a busy day so I made sure to get my ab workout in before I went to the mall. I was hoping to do Insanity at some point in the evening but I never got to it. --Thats ok. It will be my day off! 

After a fun day of shopping I went to my sister in law's (Sarah) & her husband's (Thad) house for dinner & and evening of playing floor hockey & Skipbo!! It was a blast! Now I'm wiped out & ready for bed!! Hope you all had a great Saturday!
