Now that I'm back to feeling like a human being, I promise that I'll be eating healthy & working out!! Soo.... I decided to share another workout with you!! Try to do 3 sets. I dare you! :D
Today has been such a rainy lazy day. It's been hard for me to find motivation. However, I didn't work out yesterday so I made sure to do it. It always feels sooo good to workout & get it done. Once I start... I don't want to stop! haha it's like a runners high...except Insanity! Do you ever have those days??
I was trying to find a simple but exciting recipe for dinner tonight & didn't have any luck with the ingredients that I have so I decided to make a concoction of my own. :D It turned out really good!! Check out the recipe below!
By the way... I promised to tell you about volleyball. That's the only reason why I'm sharing. -- We got our butts kicked. :( BOO! My excuse is that we only had 4 girls. :/ That's the best excuse I could come up with but we definitely could have played a little better. It was still fun though! That's what matters right!? Gettin' excited for the winter season... woop woop!
Now it's time to watch a little Nashville!! :) Happy Wednesday!
