Day 2 - Monday Eatin' & INSANITY!

Breakfast: 1 slice homemade healthy banana bread, strawberry protein smoothie
Snack: vanilla honey greek yogurt
Lunch: turkey & cheese (thin colby jack) sandwhich on whole wheat bread with cajun seasoning & light miracle whip, 1 cup cucumber slices, string cheese
Snack: celery with peanut butter
Dinner: 2 shrimp skewers and 1 ear of corn on the cob (boiled)
Snack: homemade smoothie pop

Exercise: 1 Mile walking Josie, Insanity Plyometric Cardio Circuit!! (about 40 minutes)--YAY! Goal complete!



MY HOMEMADE SMOOTHIE POP RECIPE!!

Ingredients:
Mixed frozen fruit  (I used mango's, peaches, & strawberries)
Banana
Almond milk
Applesauce
1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
strawberry greek yogurt

Directions:
Mix all together in a blender until smooth. Use however much of each ingredient you prefer. Feel free to use whatever fruit you like. Then pour into popsicle molds and freeze!! ENJOY!!
